Table orders
Orders made through the QR code are prepared for the table number shown on screen. Please check your table and order details before confirming.
Menu availability
Items, add-ons and prices may change based on daily availability. We may contact you if an item is unavailable.
Changes and cancellations
Please speak to our staff as soon as possible for changes. Once food preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payments
Pay at Counter orders must be settled at the cafe counter. FPX payment is available only when the payment option is active and successful.
Food and allergies
Please tell us item-specific allergy or dietary notes when ordering. While we take care, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts and seafood.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive behaviour, fraudulent orders or misuse of the QR ordering system.
